All new products are sold with the supplier's limited warranty. The terms of the warranty vary depending upon the supplier and product. Except to the extent required by law or to the extent otherwise specified, Stagefront Music provides no separate warranty. Freight costs on returns are to be paid by the Buyer.
You are entitled to a refund or repair or exchange or credit if the products you have bought are:
• significantly different to those shown or described to you; or
• not doing what they are supposed to do.
Refunds must be requested within 7 days of purchase, and proper return authorisation must be obtained from Stagefront Music.
When you buy, you should choose carefully. You don't automatically get a refund for simply changing your mind, unless this was a condition of the sale or part of our advertised policy.
All returned goods must be in original condition (as sold), include a Return Authorisation Form, be in the original packaging complete with the warranty card and owner's manual, and show no signs of wear or abuse (shipping and handling is not refundable). Freight costs on returns are to be paid by the Buyer.
