Who Is This For?

This maple rhythm box is tailored for session drummers, percussion instructors, and performing artists seeking a versatile instrument with a bright, articulate sonic profile. The balanced nature of maple makes it an excellent choice for players who require distinct separation between their low-end thump and high-end snare frequencies during varied acoustic performances.

Key Features

Maple Wood Construction

Constructed as a dedicated maple rhythm box, this cajon takes full advantage of the wood’s natural acoustic properties. Maple is highly regarded in drum manufacturing for its bright attack and rapid decay, meaning every strike translates into a clear, defined note that prevents the overall mix from becoming muddy or indistinct during fast-paced rhythmic passages.

Balanced Tonal Spectrum

Thanks to the specific density of the maple exterior, players can expect a highly musical separation between the bass and snare zones. Striking the center of the faceplate yields a deep, focused low-end, while playing near the upper corners produces a crisp, cutting crack. This dynamic range allows drummers to authentically replicate the feel and groove of a full drum set using only their bare hands.

Professional Transport Solution

Understanding the rigorous demands of touring and frequent transport, this model includes a custom-designed Mano Percussion padded bag. Featuring a prominent white MP logo, heavy-duty zipper closures, and a reinforced top carrying handle, this bag guarantees that your instrument remains shielded from scratches, dents, and weather elements while traveling to and from your scheduled performances.
