Description
The Epiphone Flying V Prophecy Aged Jet Black Metallic redefines modern high-performance playability while paying homage to an iconic silhouette. Designed for maximum speed and technical precision, the asymmetrical SlimTaper neck perfectly conforms to your palm, enabling effortless sweeps and lightning-fast legato across the ebony fretboard.
The custom-voiced Fishman Fluence humbuckers are incredibly responsive to your picking dynamics, offering three distinct tonal voicings that shift seamlessly from bone-crushing modern distortion to articulate vintage warmth. The Graph Tech NuBone nut and Grover locking tuners lock down your intonation, ensuring your wildest bends ring true with massive, singing sustain.
The newly reimagined Epiphone Prophecy collection features iconic Inspired by Gibson ™ body shapes with a modern twist for players seeking to break tradition and set new standards in speed, sound, and technique. Front-and-centre is a pair of custom-voiced Fishman Fluence® pickups that deliver three distinct tones – a warm “Patent Applied For” vintage humbucker™, hot modern humbucker, and a shimmering, optimized single-coil sound, all accessed by push/pull Volume and Tone pots.
The Flying V™ Prophecy also includes Grover® locking Rotomatic® tuners, Epiphone’s LockTone™ Tune-O-Matic™ bridge and tailpiece for added sustain, a Graph Tech® NuBone® nut that boosts harmonic content and increases tuning stability, custom binding, ebony fretboard, jumbo frets, PosiLok strap buttons, and an asymmetrical SlimTaper™ neck for comfort and speed. A premium gig bag is included
