Description
The Takamine GY11MENS acoustic-electric guitar envelops you in the wonderfully warm, earthy resonance of stunning all-mahogany construction. Showcasing the compact New Yorker body style, this instrument offers a uniquely intimate, parlor-style playing experience that rests effortlessly in your lap. The mahogany top produces a beautifully compressed,
punchy midrange that perfectly complements expressive fingerstyle arrangements and soulful acoustic blues. Featuring a remarkably smooth neck profile and reliable onboard electronics, this small-bodied guitar beautifully translates its rich, woody harmonic character into a focused, stage-ready amplified tone.
The GY11MENS is a beautiful style acoustic/electric guitar with a special combination of tonewoods and Takamine proprietary electronics.
For players looking for a different sound, the GY11MENS combines a mahogany top with mahogany back and sides to produce a warm, detailed tone that works beautifully for a wide range of musical styles. The slim satin-finish mahogany neck and 12″ radius laurel fingerboard provide great feel and playability, while the onboard Takamine TP-4T preamp system gives you a built-in tuner with three band EQ and gain controls for excellent amplified performance and versatility.
Other great features include a synthetic bone nut and compensated bridge saddle, laurel headcap, dot inlays, chrome diecast tuners and an elegant Natural satin finish.
