The Solid Spruce Top on the new SFX-E provides a superior tone that will only improve with age.
The term “solid top” of course refers to the soundboard of an acoustic guitar being made of solid wood, rather than being laminated. However, just because the top is solid, it doesn’t necessarily mean the sound automatically benefits from this feature. The tone of the instrument only improves significantly when the whole guitar is built correctly to really release the energy a solid soundboard can generate.

Controls that allow you to adjust the sound for any number of playing styles, including finger style and straight strumming. It can also be adjusted to emphasize extreme bass and treble for a “scooped” mids effect or for cutting through the mix when you need to be heard.
